Here is one of the most sought fossils and part of Pliosaur, a shard the mighty tooth. This tooth shard was found in the Jurassic deposits of Weymouth, Dorset, United Kingdom. This tooth may very well be from the Pliosaur Liopluerodon Ferox, tough call but that is what I am leaning towards. This tooth came from a type of animal very similar to the likes Liopluerodon and it surely belonged to a ferocious large animal. Also on a side note this specimen came out of an old Victorian age collection. These teeth rarely come to market and are scooped up super fast when at a reasonable price.
