Here is a great quality tail bone a very rare type of animal known as the Bear Dog which as the name implies has a mix of both dog and bear-like characteristics packed into one ferocious carnivore mammal. This bone (likely humerus) comes out of the Early Miocene of Florida. Belonging to Borocyon sp. which is a synonym for Daphoenodon (a true bear dog) of the family Amphicyonidae that contains beasts such as Amphicyon which this bones could be likely from.
