These rare New Jersey Batrachopus specimens are from the long closed Clifton Quarry, W. Paterson, New Jersey. These tracks were made by the earliest known Crocodilians which co-existed with the Early Dinosaurs. From the Upper Passaic formation in W. Paterson, NJ These pieces are Early Jurassic in Age, 200 million years old. This site is permanently closed with no new material coming out, so footprints are an awesome piece for the rare collector.
