This is a large fat fully rooted Spinosaurus tooth from the Kem Kem Basin in Morocco and is Late Cretaceous in age, approximately 95 million years old. There is some good news and bad news about this tooth. To start with the bad news it was repaired from a root break with a few missing pieces and has minor work on the tip. Now here's the good news, with the break in the root you can see clearly the interior and confirm for 100% certainty the root is a an actual natural root in a market where the vast majority of large Spinosaurus teeth offered have completely fake and bone carved roots. Also the break is not on the display side so just with only a minor crack running through the front it looks stellar and impressive on display or in a riker. This tooth even has some of nice striation detail preserved. Heres your rare chance at a rooted dinosaur tooth, especially Spinosaurus were there is no worries about the root being a fabrication at all. Please check photos for size and condition.
