A very rare and huge partial tail piece of the giant sea scorpion Silmonia Acuminata from the Silurian of Scotland. This beautifully detailed and even serrated piece has no restoration done, the back of the matrix has been glued and stabilized after an initial break. Giant sea scorpion pieces don't appear often as the complete animal could of reached lengths of 28 inches plus! Very cool and rare piece you do not see often.
